  • Dedication towards the goals of Outpost 10F and their respective genre.
  • Regular attendance
  • No disciplinary actions within the past 6 months
  • Goes above and beyond the call of duty when assisting community members
  • Leads by example when it comes to demonstrating what it means to be a member of Outpost 10F
  • Effectively communicates the ideals of Outpost 10F
  • Recommendation of his/her respective Sector Commander
